“Five people were rescued from the burning building from the first, second and third floors with the help of a gas and smoke protection service with a mask of a salvaged and three-knee ladder,” the report states.
It is clarified that it was possible to eliminate open burning at 07:51 (05:51 MSK).
The cause of the fire is established.
