Caracas (AP) - After the termination of diplomatic relations with the United States, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro gave the US diplomats until Sunday time to leave the country. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo countered, Maduro's instructions were pointless, the US would no longer recognize his government. Earlier, parliamentary leader Juan Guaidó had declared interim president. The US, the EU and other countries recognized him as head of state.
