In a strange incident, the young Egyptian Abdel Karim suffered a tragic accident that caused him to be mute and he is no longer able to speak except the verses of God - Almighty - despite the fact that the Ministry of Health confirms that he is unable to speak at all.

The program "Above Power" (2023/9/29) followed the story of the young man Abdul Karim Mohsen, which some went to describe as "divine dignity", as the accident that the young man suffered was fatal and killed some members of his family and lost his ability to speak.

To explain this situation, the young Abdul Karim had stated – in sign language – in a television interview that the incident lost his ability to speak, but he saw in his dream someone directing him to recite the Holy Qur'an, which he memorized, and he is in good health.

The television interview in which Abdul Karim appeared showed that he could only recite the Koran but become mute once he tried to speak normally.

To respond to anyone who doubts this condition, the young man reported having a medical report issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health confirming that he was mute and unable to speak fully.

The program also followed a variety of other topics in which it monitored the latest developments in the political arena in various countries of the world, including: the expulsion of France or its withdrawal from Niger achieved by the Paris Declaration, and French President Emmanuel Macron banning the abaya for Muslim women and wearing it for his wife.

Sudan's Rapid Support Commander Mohamed Hamdan Daglo (Hemedti) is also caught talking about "joyful democratic rule" while the head of the country's own sovereign council, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, is calling for him to be classified as a "terrorist".

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is also on a family trip to China in the presence of the King of Cambodia, racists in Turkey liken refugees to waste and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan begins a crackdown on them.
