China News Network Taiyuan, September 9 (Ren Lina) On the 26th, China Railway Taiyuan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. received news that after 26 days of centralized repair of the Wari Railway, the construction was successfully completed, this centralized repair is the longest construction time in recent years, which will fully release the transportation capacity and ensure the smooth transportation of coal for power generation and heating this winter and next spring.

The Wari Railway runs from Watang Town, Xing County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province in the west to Rizhao Port in Shandong Province in the east, passing through the three provinces of Jin, Yu and Lu, which is a heavy-haul channel for Jin-Yu coal export transportation and the first 30-ton axle heavy-haul railway built at one time in China, with an annual transportation volume of more than 1 million tons.
In order to quickly restore the equipment state after the peak summer thermal coal supply and transportation, from September 9, the Wari Railway began centralized repair construction, using three hours a day to carry out all-round and three-dimensional update and maintenance of various facilities and equipment on the entire line.
During the intensive repair period, China Railway Taiyuan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. organized a total of 18 construction teams, which completed a total of 8.391 kilometers of large-machine cleaning, 44 sets of turnout rail parts, 13.636 kilometers of maintenance rails in sections, 282 kilometers of large-machine tamping lines, 115 groups of large-machine tamping turnouts, 281.4 kilometers of large-machine polishing lines, 99 groups of large-machine polishing turnouts, 6398.4 meters of fine adjustment of ballastless tunnel tracks, 401.6 linear meters of tunnel base grouting and 971.6 meters of tunnel drainage ditch repair.

In addition, the amount of maintenance work such as power supply catenary renovation, signal equipment and communication cables has exceeded the past, and the equipment of the Vari Railway will receive in-depth physical examination and large-scale upgrades.
