From 9:20 on September 08 to 21:08 on September 100, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of Xinjiang's Ili River Valley, southeast of Northwest China, western Hubei, eastern Southwest China and other places, among which, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (140~4 mm) in parts of southern Shaanxi, western Hubei, northeastern Sichuan Basin, and north-central Chongqing. From 9:21 on September 08 to 22:08 on September 50, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of southeastern Tibet, most of Jianghan, northern and western Hunan, and northeastern southwest China, among which there were heavy rains (70~4 mm) in southwestern Hubei and central Chongqing. There are 6~7 grade winds in parts of central Inner Mongolia, southwest Heilongjiang, Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula and other places, among which, there are 8~<> grade winds in parts of eastern Xinjiang.
