At the same time, we will build the public brand of "Taste of Hezhou", cultivate and expand leading food enterprises such as Amdo, Kangmei, and Ikeramu Lake, start the construction of Linxia Food Industrial Park, and introduce and implement gourmet industry projects such as quick-frozen cooked products, central large kitchen, halal prepared dishes, etc.
In Linxia City, the seat of the Linxia Prefecture Party Committee and the Prefecture Government, there is a "Taste of Hezhou" food and cultural tourism block, which brings together 75 kinds of local specialties such as snacks, noodles, fruits, dried fruits, and drinks. As a national AAA-level tourist attraction in Linxia County Hezhou Garden, it is a classical residential complex integrating characteristic brick carvings and wood carvings, supplemented by a new water screen movie with an investment of 500 million yuan, becoming another "city that never sleeps" for people's pastime and entertainment.
In Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province, Linxia caterers occupy half of the night market business, and in ethnic food concentration areas, restaurants with the "taste of Hezhou" can be seen everywhere.
