The Changying Campus of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University in eastern Beijing opened on May 5. After the opening of the hospital, it will take the promotion of intelligent medical care, service and management as the starting point, build a digital intelligent hospital construction, and realize the reshaping of the medical service system. At the same time, Changying Campus meets the medical treatment needs of the surrounding people and the people in the Tianjin-Hebei region, undertakes the important task of promoting the balanced distribution of high-quality medical resources, and strives to become a national emergency intensive care center.

Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, affiliated to Capital Medical University, established in 1958, is a tertiary general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and prevention organized by the Beijing Municipal Government. The total construction area of Changying Campus is 19,8 square meters, with 1000,6000 beds, and an estimated daily average of <>,<> outpatient emergency visits. It has opened outpatient clinics, emergency first aid and inpatient wards for all disciplines, including internal, external, gynecology and pediatrics, and supported scientific research and teaching.

At present, the first batch of 35 outpatient departments, 4 professional wards, 121 beds, 5 operating rooms, emergency medicine departments are opened simultaneously, and all supporting inspection items are open, striving to meet the needs of residents in eastern Beijing for high-quality medical resources while radiating the Tianjin-Hebei region.

It is worth mentioning that after the opening of the Changying campus, it will take patient demand orientation as the core, promote the deep integration of a new generation of information technology and medical services, and make every effort to build a "digital intelligent hospital".

The hospital has launched a combination of online and offline outpatient self-service to simplify the medical process, provide patient-centered medical technology examination multi-channel appointments, open online follow-up and remote guidance for common and chronic diseases, and inpatients can achieve intelligent experiences such as direct "check-in", Internet meal ordering, remote consultation, education, and review.

Relying on the 5G emergency system, the hospital can meet the needs of patients for pre-hospital emergency services that "get on the bus and enter the hospital". Under the premise of ensuring medical quality and information security, more than 95% of data reports such as examination, examination, medical records, physical examination, and electrophysiology are deeply opened to patients through APP, and efforts are made to solve the "difficulty and complexity" in medical treatment through the construction of "three complete" digital intelligent hospitals.
