It's D-Day for the semifinalists of the twelfth season of "The Voice." Tonight, from 21:05 pm, the talents of Amel Bent, Bigflo and Oli, Zazie and Vianney will play their place for the grand finale of the famous TF1 singing competition. How did they prepare to deliver their best performance? What advice did their coach(s) give them? We attended the rehearsals with Bigflo and Oli, and Amel Bent. Coaching, improvised rap, doubts, moments of complicity and interviews... Europe 1 makes you live exclusively behind the scenes of the semi-final of "The Voice".

The heartbeat accelerates, the pressure rises... Aurélien Vivos, Zazie's only talent in contention for the semi-final, is alone in the middle of the stage of The Voice. It's 13pm, we are inside the studio of the Lendit de la Plaine-Saint-Denis. The musicians are settled, the choreographer is ready, the technicians make their final adjustments. But all the lights are on Aurélien, the first semi-finalist to enter the arena.

"Zazie and I are connected"

From the first notes, the storekeeper, who no longer needs to prove that he is also and above all a singer, sets the bar very high. "The poor man, he suffers from laryngitis," the communications director of The Voice told us at the same time. Amazement. Even sick, Aurélien tape us with his voice both powerful and crystalline. After his warm-up tour, without his coach Zazie who will come to support him the next day, the 34-year-old singer admits to being "reassured" because he was able to sing. "I still feel the fatigue of the voice, but it should be fine in two days," he assures us, optimistic. Zazie has put it into perspective. "Yesterday, we had our coaching and she told me that it happens to her regularly. Even she has a cold right now," he says, smiling. "We are connected," jokes Aurélien who has never felt so close to his coach Zazie.

And for good reason, he is the one and only talent of the singer's team. If he loses the semi-final, Zazie will attend the final as a spectator, with no chance of winning the trophy. "Zazie doesn't put pressure on me about that. But we have to get to the end! Fate has decided that it was me and I will try to be up to it, "slips Aurélien.

INTERVIEW- Aurélien Vivos, candidate of "The Voice", storekeeper in life: "My place is elsewhere than in a depot"

"We have no choice, you have to go to the final," Amel Bent whispers to Micha.

As we finish his interview, the young Micha, talent of Amel Bent's team, settles on the stage of The Voice. The high school student is eager to sing, his energy radiates throughout the set. Elevated on a platform, he hops, makes vocalizations, turns around, catches his breath. When the musicians start, Micha sings a first note but stops dead in his tracks. He is seen grimacing and touching the back of his neck. The lights, too powerful, have just burned his skin. The technicians rectify the situation, the teenager refocuses and starts. This time, it's the right one!

Just opposite, in front of the famous red armchairs, Amel Bent, who has just arrived at the studio, does not take his eyes off him and whispers the lyrics of Jean-Jacques Goldman's hit that he will perform this Saturday night. The interpreter of My Philosophy seems determined: she wants victory. "We have no choice, you have to go to the final," she whispers to Micha after her performance. With him, Amel Bent knows she can go! Because Micha is really not afraid of anything: "I'm not stressed, I'm mostly excited and I can't wait to see Saturday night," he tells us, well in his head and in his sneakers! Amel Bent has captured this bubbling energy and this desire to live everything, to do everything. "Micha is a kid. He is ten years younger than my little brother. With him, I have another approach because he wants to go fast, "explains the coach who loved the performance of the teenager. "She told me she was proud of me," Micha said.

Amel Bent will sing in trio with Arslane and Micha

Amel Bent is just as proud of her other talent: Arslane. The 26-year-old has a special place in the heart of his coach, who made a real statement to him last week, during the super cross battles. "Arslane is a human, generous guy. And music is not the escape, it's the impossible dream. I want you to realize your dream, you can do it," she told him, her eyes misted with tears. In the semi-final, Amel Bent will sing in a trio with her talents. "It's the reward of all this time working together," says the singer, who feels a real chemistry with Arslane and Micha, "two artists who have a relationship with music linked to their soul". During rehearsals, the trio covers a Lady Gaga hit. And, it is obviously Amel Bent who gives the LA with her overwhelming soul voice that gives us (obviously) big chills.

16:30 pm: The atmosphere is as jovial and serious as ever at Studio Lendit. Amel Bent's talents cross those of Bigflo and Oli, who take over. Dame, Fanchon and Hanna know how big they will play this Saturday night. Their coaches, newcomers of this twelfth season of The Voice, place a lot of hope in them.

INTERVIEW-"Bigflo and Oli saved me": Hanna, contestant of "The Voice", opens up about her illness

True to themselves, the Toulouse rappers arrive at the studio in casual mode, cap screwed on the head Oli, sweatshirt and sneakers for Bigflo. However, we feel a little stressed, the two Toulouse, especially Bigflo, the big brother, who makes the hundred steps on the stage of The Voice. Before Dame starts, guitar in hand. The 33-year-old butcher narrowly qualified for the live shows thanks to Mika's vote. He had lost his means before his performance. For the semi-final, he knows that he will not be allowed to make mistakes. Oli, who had briefed him before he went on stage, comes to see him, whispers some advice in his ear. Inhabited by the text of her song, a French ballad, Dame finally lets go.

After him, it was Fanchon's turn to go on stage. The youngest of the adventure, only 16 years old, sure of herself, takes direct possession of the space. In front of the microphone, the high school student, who had already participated in The Voice Kids, gives everything she has. It's hard to realize that such a powerful voice can come out of such a frail body. And yet... Fanchon imposes herself like a diva on a hit of another diva: Rihanna.

INTERVIEW- Fanchon, big favorite of "The Voice": "I had some fears to find myself in the team of Bigflo and Oli"

Bigflo and Oli can count on another female voice, this time much more crystalline: that of Hanna. For this semi-final, the young woman, who has gained confidence throughout the adventure, tackles a monument of the song with a cover of Adele. "It's a semi-final so you have to be crazy," she told us. "Plus, I love what Adele stands for. I'm super happy." On stage, Hanna does not take her eyes off Oli, her landmark. "I doubt myself a lot as a rule. Oli helped me gain confidence, he believes in me a lot, "confesses the singer.

18:30 pm: Fatigue is felt at the Lendit studio. Bigflo and Oli engage in rap improvisations while waiting for Fanchon, Dame and Hanna to take the stage. Like Amel Bent, the rappers will sing along with their talents in the semi-final. For this performance, the Toulouse brothers have chosen a title by Alicia Keys that they will reinterpret in their own way, with an improvised rap verse in just five minutes, just before rehearsals. "It's totally crazy," whispers the director of the com of The Voice. And we can only confirm: on stage, Bigflo and Oli embark on a crazy freestyle, which will also impress you tonight...
