There is no doubt that the Islamic Jihad movement presented a major military, political and media battle over the course of 5 days that won the admiration of the street, specialists and followers, but there is a question repeated by many, which is how Israel managed to assassinate six senior jihad leaders and military decision-makers before and during the battle?!

The first assassination, which included three senior leaders, came as a surprise and treacherous from the Zionist enemy, as he dealt a blow to Commander Jihad Al-Ghannam, Commander Khalil Al-Bahtini and Commander Tariq Izz al-Din days after a truce agreement sponsored by international bodies following a military escalation fought by the resistance factions in Gaza in response to the martyrdom of Jihad leader Khader Adnan in Israeli prisons, and these leaders had returned to their semi-normal lives after the ceasefire understandings.

Israel took advantage of this situation to launch a military strike on the three leaders in their homes, and we cannot consider this a security success, as Israel did not succeed in reaching them except treacherously after they returned to their homes in accordance with the understandings of calm, and this confirms that the security measures taken by the targeted leaders prevented them from reaching them during the implementation of the operation in response to the assassination of the martyr Khader Adnan, so Israel waited for their return to their homes after reaching a truce agreement and then knocked it on them and their families to ensure their assassination. There is no security achievement in targeting a man in his house through treachery, but the achievement is to reach him at the time of battle.

The Al-Quds Brigades has succeeded in protecting its military, missile and human capabilities, despite the assassinations, and actually proved this with a missile strike on Tel Aviv.

The three assassinations of commanders Iyad al-Hasani, Ali Ghali and Ahmed Abu Daqqa during the battle of "Revenge of the Freemen" came while they were engaged in mobile field work that required them to remain in contact in various ways with field commanders. In every war, such field commanders are at risk of being assassinated because they have to be on the ground in the middle of the fire, and Israel has already succeeded in assassinating some of them during the battle of the "Sword of Jerusalem" and the 2012-2014 wars.

The assassination of these three commanders thus confirms that they were in their positions at the center of the battle despite the great dangers, and that they do not abandon their field responsibilities to shelter in a shelter that hides them, which in itself is promising.

Everyone had hoped that Israel would not succeed in any assassination or achievement, but every war has a price to pay for an enemy that has an upper hand in the field of technology and its security and intelligence applications, and there is no doubt that the course of that battle will be studied by security and military officials in Islamic Jihad to avoid giving Israel any chance of achieving security or military achievement against the leaders of the resistance in the future.

Despite this, Israel has failed to strike the military capabilities of the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of Islamic Jihad, and has failed to assassinate or strike dozens of groups in various areas of the Gaza Strip, despite the fact that Israel's goal over the course of previous wars has been to destroy the rockets fired by these groups and reach Tel Aviv.

Its success in monitoring and targeting these groups was close to zero, according to the data announced by the Al-Quds Brigades and the resistance factions, a success for the movement's military apparatus, which was able to build this missile capability, which requires great effort and a long time away from any Israeli intelligence tracking, despite its technology.

Thus, the Al-Quds Brigades succeeded in a great security success in protecting its military, missile and human capabilities that were tasked with preparing for the battle and carrying out launch missions, and actually demonstrated this success when a few minutes before the ceasefire took effect, it launched a missile strike on Tel Aviv.

It is no secret to anyone that every war has a price, and the price of this war was the blood of the leaders of the Al-Quds Brigades and their families in defense of a cause for which they lived.
