Beijing, May 5 (Zhongxin Net) -- The ninth May performance season of Beijing Performing Arts Group "The Dirt Dog Old Black Broke into Trouble" will premiere at the Nanluo Theater in Beijing on May 9. The play depicts the innocence and beauty of childhood by telling the story of Beijing Yatou "Yaya" after entering the campus. After the first round of performances, Beijing Children's Art will also carry out a new attempt to perform three dramas in the "Rats Ya" series.

On the 8th, a press conference was held in Beijing for the children's drama "The Old Black Dog Ran into Trouble" produced by Beijing Performing Arts Group and performed by Beijing Children's Art Theater.

"The Native Dog Old Black Broke into Trouble" is adapted from the famous writer Ye Guangqian's literary work "Rats Yaya Trilogy", based on the campus life in the fifties of the twentieth century as the background, telling the story of a Beijing girl "Yaya" who grew up in a hutong after entering the campus as a freshman, the contradictions and frictions encountered in the process of learning to get along with new classmates, and the story of the local dog "Lao Hei" at home who repeatedly broke into trouble because of protecting Yaya.

With the singing and reading sounds coming out of Fangjia Hutong Primary School, a growing memory belonging to "Rats Ya" slowly unfolded. It is understood that in 2020, Beijing Performing Arts Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Publishing Group, after which Beijing Children's Art Theater (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Children's Art") will put the "Rats Yaya Trilogy" on the stage one by one.

When talking about this strategic cooperation, Dong Ning, deputy general manager of Beijing Performing Arts Group and chairman of Beijing Children's Arts, said that the innovative practice of "gathering, expanding and cross-circle" between Beijing Performing Arts Group and Beijing Publishing Group not only injects diversified vitality into the classics, but also brings good works that move people's hearts, making Beijing Children's Art shine in the hearts of the audience.

It is understood that following "Uncle Rats Are Late" and "Flower Cat Sanya Goes to the Room", as the third drama of the "Rats Yaya" series, Beijing Children's Art follows the core creative team of the first two dramas in this creation, not only restoring the scene through costumes, shapes, props, but also through friendly and lively interpretation, as well as plots such as small red flowers, study groups, and spring outings, depicting the innocence and beauty of campus life.

The director of the play, Wang Ze, said that Yaya who stepped into the campus, compared with the innocence in the first two plays, naturally produced a dazed and helpless for the unknown when facing strange people and things, and at this moment, Yaya must grow. "In the face of Yaya's growth and progress, we take the 'ladder' as the image seed of the play, life is a continuous upward climb, there will be ups and downs, there will be difficulties, but it will always go up. I hope to bring more positive forces to growth. ”

Wang Dong, director of Beijing Children's Art Theater, said that after the first round of performances, "The Old Black Dog of the Soil" will also carry out a new attempt to perform three dramas in the "Rats Ya" series, telling the audience a complete growth story of "Rats". As a theater that grows in hutongs, Beijing Children's Arts will create more stories about Beijing and promote the culture and spirit of the capital.

Ye Guangxuan, the original author of the "Rats Yaya Trilogy", sent his blessings: "I am very pleased and happy to learn that the press conference of the drama "The Soil Dog Old Black Broke into Trouble" was held today at my alma mater, Fangjia Hutong Primary School. I entered Fangjia Hutong Primary School in 1956 and was assigned to a class a year. Greetings to the teachers and juniors of my alma mater, I miss you, we are children of Beijing. ”

At the press conference, Beijing Children's Art Theater signed a strategic cooperation agreement on drama education with Fangjia Hutong Primary School, affiliated to Beijing No. 5 Middle School. The two sides will use the play as a bridge to bring a broader stage for the growth of children.
