On the 08th, there was moderate to heavy rain in parts of central and southern Jiangnan and northern China, and there were heavy rains in local areas.

The northern region has windy and dusty weather

Affected by cold air and wind, from 4 o'clock on April 14 to 08 o'clock on April 15, there were sandstorms or floating dust in parts of eastern and southern Xinjiang basins, central and western Inner Mongolia, western Gansu, Qinghai Qaidam Basin, northern Ningxia, north-central Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Henan, northern Shandong, Liaoning and other places, among which, there were sandstorms in local areas in central and western Inner Mongolia and western Gansu, and the Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for sandstorms at 08:4 on April 14.

There are moderate to heavy rains in Jiangnan and South China

On the 14th, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of central and southern Jiangnan and northern South China, local heavy rain, accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-term heavy precipitation.

From the 17th to the 19th, there will be a strong precipitation process in Jianghan, Jiangnan, northern South China and other places, with heavy to heavy rain in some areas and heavy rain in local areas.

From 4:14 on April 08 to 15:08 on April 4, there was light snow or sleet in parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Jilin, and northern Xinjiang, among which the northern part of Xinjiang was heavy to blizzard. There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of central and southern Jiangnan, central Zhejiang, northeastern Guangxi, and northwestern Guangxi, among which there were heavy rains in parts of southern Hunan and other places. There are 6~6 grade winds in parts of central and northwestern Inner Mongolia, among which, there are 7~<> grade winds in parts of eastern Qinghai and Hexi, Gansu.

From 4:15 on April 08 to 16:08 on April 10, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Northeast China, northern Xinjiang and other places, among which, there were heavy to heavy snowfall (15~4 mm) in parts of northern Xinjiang and other places. There was light rain in parts of eastern Jilin, northern Xinjiang, eastern Huanghuai, eastern Jianghuai, eastern Jiangnan, southern coastal areas of Guangxi, Hainan Island and most of Taiwan Island, and moderate rain in some areas. There are 6~6 level winds in northeast Heilongjiang, eastern Gansu, central Shanxi and other places, among which, there are 7~<> level winds in parts of Hexi, Gansu.

From 4:16 on April 08 to 17:08 on April 4, there was light snow (rain) or sleet in parts of northern Xinjiang, along the Tianshan Mountains of Xinjiang and mountainous areas in western southern Xinjiang, among which there was heavy to heavy snowfall in northern Xinjiang. There was light rain in parts of central Inner Mongolia, eastern northeast China, northern Xinjiang, southern and eastern Tibet, and Hainan Island, among which moderate rain occurred in parts of southeastern Tibet and other places. There are 6~7 level winds in northwest Inner Mongolia, southern Xinjiang basin, Gansu Hexi and other places, including 8~<> level winds in parts of eastern Xinjiang.
