According to the "Announcement on the Use of Birth Medical Certificate (Seventh Edition)" published on the website of the National Health Commission, from April 4, China will use the seventh edition of birth medical certificate. The sixth edition of the medical certificate of birth was issued until March 1 this year.

The seventh edition of the birth medical certificate changes the representation of the "birth medical certificate number" at the bottom right of the main page, secondary page and stub of the sixth edition of the birth medical certificate, from "1 letter and 9 digits" to "1 letter 9 digits barcode", and the background color of this area is changed from green to yellow.

The Hong Kong section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link will resume inter-provincial trains from April 4

The Hong Kong section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link will open direct inter-provincial trains to Beijing, Changsha, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan and other cities from April 4, and add five new stations, and new trains will go on sale on March 1.

According to the MTR Corporation Limited (MTR), the new stations include Changping, Huizhou North, Heyuan East, Ganzhou West and Shengfang, expanding the network coverage to 66 stations nationwide. By then, the daily train frequency will be increased from the current 102 to 164, roughly returning to the pre-pandemic level.

The Beijing Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, the Tianjin Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau and the Hebei Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau recently jointly issued the Notice on Carrying out the Filing of Medical Treatment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. The notice clarifies that from April 4, insured persons in the coordination areas of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province who hold social security cards or medical insurance electronic vouchers to seek medical treatment or purchase drugs in all designated medical institutions in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will be deemed to have completed the procedures for medical treatment in different places and can directly enjoy medical insurance reimbursement treatment. Outpatient chronic disease treatment still needs to go through the qualification identification and registration (filing) procedures for outpatient chronic disease in accordance with the regulations of the place of insurance.
