Sayed Haider Raza (1922-2016) was part of the School of Paris and lived for a long time in France. In India, he is recognized as one of the greatest modern painters. In the West, very few know his name. Interview with Catherine David, curator of the first major retrospective devoted to the artist in France, at the Centre Pompidou.
