It pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the management of the bottom line, and it is strictly forbidden for e-sports hotels to accept minors in violation of regulations. The e-sports room area of professional e-sports hotels and non-professional e-sports hotels is prone to problems such as minors' addiction to the Internet, and is a place that is not suitable for minors' activities. E-sports hotel operators shall abide by the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors and other relevant laws and regulations, and shall not allow minors to enter the e-sports room areas of professional e-sports hotels and non-professional e-sports hotels.

In addition, professional e-sports hotel operators shall hang signs prohibiting minors in a conspicuous position at the entrance of the hotel; Non-professional e-sports hotel operators shall centrally set up e-sports rooms on adjacent floors, delineate e-sports room areas, and hang signs prohibiting minors from entering at a conspicuous position at the entrance of the e-sports room area. E-sports hotel operators shall clearly display the distribution map of e-sports rooms in a prominent position at the front desk and in the room management system.

E-sports hotel operators shall clearly inform consumers that minors are not accepted in the e-sports room area during the process of booking and check-in; Where room reservations are made through e-commerce platforms, consumers shall be reminded in a conspicuous manner that minors are not accepted in the e-sports room area. E-commerce platform operators shall verify the e-sports hotel prompts, and must not allow minors to book e-sports rooms with their ID cards.

E-sports hotel operators shall check the valid identity documents of the accommodation personnel and register them truthfully. When non-professional e-sports hotel operators accept minors, they shall strictly implement the "five musts" provisions, and ask for the contact information of the minors' parents or other guardians, the identity relationship of the check-in personnel, and other relevant information; Where suspected violations or crimes are discovered, they shall immediately report to the public security organs, and promptly contact the minors' parents or other guardians.
