Ming Wenjun, Director of the Art Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, said in his opening speech that as a national art event in the field of acrobatics, the national acrobatic exhibition has been held for 10 consecutive sessions, and a large number of excellent acrobatic works and talents have been launched, which has played an important role in promoting the prosperity and development of acrobatic art and enhancing the spiritual strength of the people. In recent years, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has organized and implemented engineering projects such as "China Acrobatic Art Innovation Project" and "National Magic Leading Talent Training Program" to effectively improve the level of acrobatic creation and performance, and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of acrobatic art.

"Shandong acrobatics has a long history and deep heritage, and after thousands of years of inheritance and development, it has now become an important force in the province's literary and artistic stage." Deng Yunfeng, Vice Governor of Shandong Province, said in his speech that in recent years, acrobatic artists in Shandong Province have adhered to integrity and innovation, forged ahead, actively explored the road of acrobatic art innovation in the new era, and gradually developed into a new comprehensive art with skill as the core, mutual promotion and integration with other literary and artistic forms, compatible with traditional characteristics and modern aesthetics, and launched a large number of excellent works at home and abroad. In this exhibition, Shandong will go all out to do a good job in various service guarantees, and provide the audience with a wonderful, safe and peaceful acrobatic art event.
After the opening ceremony, the audience watched the acrobatic drama "Railway Heroes" created by the Shandong Acrobatic Troupe. The play takes the Lunan Railway Brigade's resistance to Japanese imperialist aggression as the historical background, creates a group portrait of heroes with firm belief, heroism and resourcefulness, composes the historical song of the heroic war of resistance, and has been selected as the "Chinese Acrobatic Art Innovation Project".

During the 8th National Acrobatic Exhibition, a series of activities such as excellent acrobatic drama (program) performances, expert seminars, and grassroots performances will be held in Jinan, Jining, Dezhou and other places, and 50 acrobatic dramas and 3 acrobatic (magic) shows from all over the country will continue to be performed until March 28.
