The British media is once again in a storm for questionable methods of work.

"Prince Harry and several others claim that newspapers have for many years invaded the privacy of celebrities through extensive criminality, such as hacking voicemails, intercepting calls and paying the police for sensitive information," says James Savage in the Morning Studio.

In addition to Prince Harry, artist Elton John, actor and model Elizabeth Hurley and Baroness Doreen Lawrence, whose son was murdered in 1993, have also sued the media company and are part of the same legal process.

On Friday, the first preliminary hearings will be held, but the official trial is scheduled to begin only in May. Something the Daily Mail is trying to prevent, according to James Savage.

"The newspaper is trying to get the court to write this off right away," Savage says.
