It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Henri Perilhou, at the age of 72.

Henri Perilhou joined Radio France in September 1981, where he became editor in 1983 and head of RFI's editorial department in January 1987, then deputy editor-in-chief and project manager. In August 1996, he was appointed French editorial director of RFI, then director of magazines in 2002. In 2003, he became Deputy Editorial Director in French and Head of the Africa Department.
