While it became clear that robbers and other groups were gathering members through "black bites" on SNS, a survey by the National Police Agency revealed that a group of special scams was recruiting perpetrators through major job sites.
More than 30 people who responded to the job offer have been arrested in seven prefectures nationwide, and the National Police Agency has decided to strengthen measures.

According to the National Police Agency, in the course of investigations by police in various regions, it was confirmed that a special fraud group had advertised on major job sites and job magazines to recruit executives, and in the more than a year since January last year, 1 men and women from seven prefectures who responded to job offers have been arrested.

According to those involved in the investigation, job openings were posted on job sites such as
▼ "Indie" and "Engage",
▼ bulletin board site "Jimotie" that handles local information, etc., and the operator of the site usually reviews the company that posts the job.
It is believed that he passed by claiming to be a fictitious company.

In the recruitment advertisement, the job description was introduced as ▼ "delivery", "home delivery", "hand carry", etc., and ▼ conditions that made it easy to apply,

such as "no license / qualification required" and "can work only during the day" were described.

When you apply for these jobs, you're told to switch to Telegram, a highly confidential communication app, to keep in touch, a tactic similar to the tactics seen in a series of wide-area robberies.

Since the Employment Security Act prohibits job offers for harmful work, the National Police Agency, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, has decided to strengthen measures such as urging companies that operate job sites to delete and check illegal job offers.

Many of the performers are collected in "dark bytes"

In a series of wide-area robberies, it was revealed that many of the arrested perpetrators were collected by so-called "black jobs" that claimed high rewards on SNS.

Among the series of incidents, in robbery cases in Nakano Ward, Kita Ward, Inagi City, etc. in Tokyo, as well as in various places such as Kyoto and Yamaguchi, it is known that the arrested perpetrator joined the robbery group in response to the recruitment of "black part-time jobs" on SNS from the statements of the arrested perpetrators.

According to those involved in the investigation, one person arrested in the Tokyo incident contacted an account that said "high income in a short period of time" and was directed to Telegram, a highly confidential communication app, and began communicating with the supervisor.

It is believed that many perpetrators were lured in the same way, and in subsequent exchanges, they gave personal information such as ▽ address and family structure, and repeated the incident without being able to disobey the instructions for fear of reprisals.

One of the members explained, "Even if I wanted to quit, I couldn't stop because I was afraid of being harmed by my family."

The investigating officer said of this situation, "The perpetrator is an easy-to-use discarded pawn, and the current situation where only the perpetrator is caught one after another is the responsibility of the supervisor, and I would like you to never easily apply for 'Yami Byte.'"
