"Everything everywhere all at once" won in the categories Best Film, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Original Screenplay, Best Director and Best Editing.

The film thus beat Ruben Östlund's "Triangle of sadness" in all the categories it was nominated in - original screenplay, direction and best film.

"Tár" luckless

Nor was the Swedish composer Ludwig Göransson praised for the song "Lift me up" performed by Rihanna in the film "Black panther: Wakanda forever".

The award in the best original song category instead went to "Naatu Naatu" from the film "RRR".

Brendan Fraser, the '90s star named last year's big industry comeback, was honored for his role in 'The Whale' and gave an emotional speech from the stage.

The surprise of the evening was that the critically acclaimed film "Tár" with Cate Blanchett in the title role had to go home without a single statuette.
