Concertmaster of the Bolshoi Theater Alexander Ksendzovsky dies

“It is with deep regret that we inform you that on February 23, at the age of 77, the concertmaster of the ballet troupe Alexander Vladimirovich Ksendzovsky, who served at the Bolshoi Theater for more than half a century, died after a long illness,” the statement says.

Farewell to Ksendzovsky will be held on March 3 in the crematorium of the Khovansky cemetery.

The ceremony starts at 10:30 Moscow time.
