The theme of this exhibition is "Letter Meeting". The exhibition is divided into two parts: "Stamp Products of the Qing Dynasty" and "Letter Exhibition".

  Zhujiajiao Qing Dynasty Post Office was established in 1903. It is the only site of the Qing Dynasty Post Office preserved in East China. It has a history of 120 years and is also the earliest local post office.

In 1953, it was relocated to the vicinity of Fangsheng Bridge on North Street. In 2001, it was listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Qingpu District.

Standing outside the gate of the former post office is a copper-cast dragon mailbox imitating the Qing Dynasty. It is a unique business card in Zhujiajiao. It still retains the function of posting letters, highlighting the retro romance of "slow carriages and long letters".

  At the opening ceremony, the poet and writer Wu Feier read a reply letter from the Shanghai Postal Museum.

This reply kicked off the "Zhujiajiao Daqing Post Office Dialogue with the World Museum Project". In the future, Zhujiajiao Daqing Post Office will receive more replies, which will shorten the distance between the Daqing Post Office and the world and promote the better development of Chinese traditional culture. world.

  In addition, the newly upgraded Zhujiajiao Daqing Post Office also established the "Daqing Post Office Cultural and Creative Designer Think Tank Platform". Zhu Jingyi, the representative of the first batch of contracted artists on the think tank platform at the opening ceremony, said that the think tank will jointly name outstanding designers, artists, and illustrators.   In the on-site "Qing Dynasty Stamp Products" exhibition, 12 different Qing Dynasty stamps issued between 1878 and 1909 were exhibited, including Dalong stamps, Panlong stamps, and commemorative stamps for the first year of Xuantong; Postcards from old Shanghai and Beijing.

  In 1878, the Qing government established postal agencies in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Yantai, and Niuzhuang (now Yingkou), attached to the customs, and officially issued China's first set of stamps - Dalong stamps.
