The story of three mysterious objects shot down after a Chinese balloon off the coast of South Carolina was so inflated that it had to burst sooner or later.

Why it was inflated at all is an open question.

There are several options at once.

Here is an attempt by the White House to appear in a better light after the PRC balloon flew over half of the country, and a possible attempt to distract the Americans from Seymour Hersh's high-profile investigation into the Nord Stream explosions, and probably something else.

However, the silence of Joe Biden seemed to the most unforgivable Americans.

And the President of the United States had to break the protracted pause.

Regarding the first ball, Biden is going to talk with Xi Jinping, but about the other three, there is practically nothing new.

Wreckage not found.

It is impossible to understand how the "objects" looked before the missiles hit them, but one thing is clear.

There is no indication that they are connected to China's spy balloon program or intelligence vehicles from other countries.

Not a word about the fact that they are connected with aliens.

The Canadian authorities also came to the rescue, who made it clear that the chances of finding two unidentified objects that were shot down over the territory of their country are small.

Attempts to retrieve one of these from the bottom of Lake Huron have been put on hold due to bad weather and a low success rate.

The search for the second - in the Yukon province - continues, but on an area of 3 thousand square meters.

km of snowy, mountainous and wooded terrain.

A third UFO hit the ice north of the US state of Alaska and is also inaccessible.

In general, the White House is trying in every possible way to pretend that the incident has been settled and that it should be forgotten as soon as possible.

But it was not there.

Not even a couple of hours had passed since Biden's monologue, as a comedy with balls began to turn into a farce.

You can't say it's unpredictable.

The sensation came from Northern Illinois.

Representatives of the Ballooning Association (NIBBB) reported that one of its balloons “disappeared” at about the same time and in the same place where an F-22 fighter shot down one of the three “objects” off the coast of Alaska.

The NIBBB reported that their balloon, call sign K9YO, last reported its position shortly before 01:00 GMT on Saturday, February 11 (20:00 EST February 10), when it was close to the coast of Southwest Alaska and heading towards the Yukon.

It was there that the US Air Force F-22 pilot, in his own words, hit a “cylindrical-shaped” ball that carried a payload with a rocket.

The description of the balloon is exactly the same as the standard hobby balloons (also called pico balloons) that are used by hobby groups like NIBBB.

Usually attached to the balloon is something like a basket of solar panels the size of a credit card and equipment that transmits position data to the ground.

As a rule, such objects can stay in the air for quite a long time.

For example, K9YO hovered for 123 days and 18 hours and during this time managed to circumnavigate the Earth six times, which is confirmed by the data he sent.

Despite the rather fragile appearance, the design of such a pico ball is very tenacious, and most importantly, it costs a penny.

For example, the exact price of K9YO was $13.33.

All components - a piece of Mylar, inflated with gas, and the same penny solar panels.

And this is the most interesting.

To deal with the completely harmless K9YO, the Pentagon launched several fighters into the air, one of which used a $400,000 AIM-9 Sidewinder missile

.

There is no clarity about the other two objects yet (no one has reported the loss), but there are less and less doubts.

Most likely, these were also cheap amateur foil balloons, for which they spent not two, but as many as three rockets.

With the last over the Great Lakes there was a slip.

I had to spend two AIM-9 Sidewinders.

A total of $13.33 × 3 = $39.99 for balloon lovers versus $400,000 × 4 = $1,600,000 for the Pentagon.

The difference is 40 thousand times.

Perhaps it was the most ineffective air combat operation in world history.

Agreed personally by Joe Biden, which was constantly trumpeted both in the White House and in the US Department of Defense.

The plan that failed.
