  The notice clarified the scope of promotion, and the participating works should be original and copyrighted by the applicant organization, and be premiered on various licensed and recorded online audio-visual platforms within the required time frame.

The types of works include online documentaries, online variety shows, online cartoons, online dramas, online movies, online micro-shorts, online micro-movies, online live broadcasts, online audio programs, short videos, etc.

  The broadcasting time range of the participating programs in the first quarter is from December of the previous year to February of this year; the broadcasting time range of the participating programs in the second quarter is from March to May; the broadcasting time range of the participating programs in the third quarter is June to August; the broadcast time range of the participating programs in the fourth quarter is from September to November.

If the broadcast time span of the work is relatively large, the participating works are required to be broadcast within the recommended quarterly time range.

  The notice announced the selection criteria: participating works should adhere to the people-centered creative orientation, adhere to the correct political direction, public opinion orientation, value orientation and aesthetic taste.

In addition, the provincial radio, film and television administrative departments can recommend no more than 10 works per quarter in principle, and the works selected every quarter will be announced to the public through the government website of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television.
