The reporter's investigation and interview found that this kind of vulgar stationery toys containing sexual hints are sold both online and offline.
Many interviewed experts pointed out that the production and sale of stationery and toys containing sexual cues is suspected of violating the law on the protection of minors, and in serious cases may violate the criminal law.
If a merchant knowingly sells a large number of stationery toys with obscene and pornographic information, the penalty must be increased.

The owner of the stationery store told the reporter: "These blind boxes of cards are very popular, and elementary school students like them very much. My daughter also buys them often. Is it illegal to produce and sell these sexually suggestive stationery toys?
Wu Xumeng, a lawyer at Guizhou Xinrui Linyang Law Firm, analyzed that the production and sales of these stationery and toys containing sexual cues violated the law on the protection of minors, and serious cases may violate the criminal law.
The Law on the Protection of Minors stipulates that the dissemination of books and articles containing obscene and pornographic information is prohibited, and the copywriting on the keychain involved is pornographic and obscene for teenagers.
"For the dissemination of obscene and pornographic materials, warnings will be given for minor cases, and a fine of less than 100,000 yuan may be imposed for severe cases, and the business license may be revoked for severe cases." Wu Xumeng said that if these stationery toys are relatively large and spread widely, they are suspected of violating the criminal law. The crime of disseminating obscene materials for profit and disseminating pornographic materials may be sentenced to a fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, public surveillance, criminal detention, and a fine.
At the same time, from a certain point of view, such behavior also violated the Civil Code, violated the legitimate rights and interests of young people, and affected their physical and mental health.
"Of course, the subjective wishes of the merchants should also be considered. If the quantity is not large or there is no attention, you can educate them; if you know that there are obscene and pornographic information and sell a lot of them, you should be punished, and the punishment should be increased." Wu Xumeng reminded that if parents find that the stationery store sells stationery toys with sexual implications, they can complain to the local market supervision department or sue the court for rights protection, but they must keep the relevant products and sales receipts as evidence.
"Schools should strengthen publicity and education to make minors realize that these are bad things, and don't touch or buy them; parents should also strengthen their children's ability to distinguish, and don't buy them just because they think it's fun; businesses can't even sell these stationery on purpose.
