The time is from 7:00 to 20:00, and the range is within the Fifth Ring Road (excluding the Fifth Ring Road).

The Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission reminds the general public to arrange travel time and methods reasonably, and not to violate the restrictions on driving when traveling.
