[Explanation] On February 4th, the launching ceremony of "GROWS Together Workplace with You" was held in Hong Kong Yan Chai Hospital Liang Cibo Memorial Middle School. .
This youth career experience program spanning Hong Kong and Beijing attracted nearly 100 high school students from Tseung Kwan O District from 13 schools and nearly 250 mentors and students to participate.
On the same day, Deng Bingqiang, Director of the Security Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, delivered a speech at the event and expressed the hope that through the event, students can make career planning in advance and find a career development that suits them.

[Explanation] It is reported that the event will arrange elites from all walks of life to serve as voluntary mentors for the students, accompany the young people to grow up in a one-on-one way, help them build self-confidence and positive values, equip themselves early, and flutter their wings in the workplace in the future fly.

[Explanation] It is understood that the event will be divided into two parts: the "First Workplace Experience" for senior one and senior two students will hold workplace lectures, company visits, simulated workplaces, job sharing and other activities. Students with excellent performance in the assessment can go to Beijing to participate in exchange activities in the summer vacation of 2023.
"Ambition in the Quartet" is specially designed for senior three students who have completed the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination. Participants will be arranged to practice in Beijing to provide valuable workplace experience for planning their university career.
