Ren Hongchang, a senior engineer at the National Meteorological Center, wrote in the "People's Daily" that in the beginning of spring, although the weather is slowly warming up, the temperature difference between morning and evening is still very large.

He reminded that on the one hand, we should pay attention to the latest weather forecast and early warning information in a timely manner to provide guidance for travel; on the other hand, in most areas, we should also pay attention to keeping warm.

Ren Hongchang said that there is a certain truth in the folk saying "spring cover autumn freeze", and paying attention to keeping warm can allow the body to gradually adapt to the changeable weather.

You can use multiple layers of clothing to deal with weather changes and protect your health.
