  On December 29, 2022, the Jiangxia District Public Security Bureau received a clue from the tobacco management department that suspected illegal e-cigarette products were found in a courier package, and the owner sent the items frequently and in large quantities.

After investigation, the police found that the recipient of the courier was Wang Moumou, an unlicensed cigarette dealer in the jurisdiction.

At the same time, the police handling the case locked the delivery place of e-cigarette products in a certain market in Humen, Guangdong by tracing the logistics information.

  After confirming the location of the warehouse, the case-handling team decided to act quickly. The arrest team in front was divided into two groups. One team rushed to Humen to lock down the location of the "Shangjia" supplier and warehouse; the other team grasped the movements of Wang Moumou and his distribution group , cut off its distribution network in Wuhan.

  On January 6, the police went to Humen together with the tobacco inspectors. While coordinating the support of the local police, they found out the specific location of the warehouse and the rules of personnel activities.

After two days of investigation, the police handling the case basically figured out the basic facts and personnel activity rules of the gang headed by Teng Moumou who stored and sold illegal e-cigarette products, and discovered two e-cigarette storage dens of the gang.

In Wuhan, the police also targeted the dens where Wang Moumou stored and hid illegal e-cigarette products and related "offline" dealers.

  At about 18:00 on January 8, the police handling the case arrested Wang Moumou.

A total of more than 200 illegal e-cigarette products involved in the case were seized at the scene, 5 mobile phones used to contact the "offline" were confiscated, and more than 300 logistics sheets of various types were seized. The "offline" Su Moumou and others were also arrested by the Wuhan police. captured.
