The prosecution charged that, from 2013 to 2020, the defendant Chu Yinliang took advantage of his position as the county magistrate and secretary of the county party committee of Ninghai County, the deputy mayor of Ningbo City, the member of the Standing Committee of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee, and the secretary of the Yinzhou District Party Committee to provide services for relevant units or individuals. Seeking benefits in matters such as project promotion, state-owned investment, and land transfer, and illegally accepting other people's property, the amount is particularly huge.

  The prosecution also charged that the defendant, Chu Yinliang, intended to evade investigation by offering a huge amount of bribes, and the circumstances were particularly serious; he abused his power to seek personal gain for a specific related party, causing adverse social impact, and he should be prosecuted for the crime of accepting bribes, offering bribes, and abusing power according to law. criminal responsibility.

  According to public information, Chu Yinliang was born in June 1965 in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1986 and started working in March 1987.

In November 2022, the official notified that Chu Yinliang was expelled from the party and public office.

He was accused of using the convenience of his position to seek benefits for others in terms of project settlement, investment in state-owned enterprises, acquisition of business qualifications, land transfers, etc., and he tacitly allowed people around him to pay "empty wages" in private companies.

  Chu Yinliang was once held accountable for reclamation in violation of laws and regulations in Zhejiang Province, and received a warning from within the party.

  According to the Supreme People's Procuratorate's report, Jilin's procuratorate recently prosecuted Xu Zhenchang, the former director of the Confidential Bureau of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee, for alleged bribery.

The prosecution charged that the defendant Xu Zhenchang took advantage of his position as director of the Confidential Bureau of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee to provide assistance to relevant units and individuals in matters such as winning the bid for pilot projects and recruiting employees, and illegally accepted property from others, the amount of which was particularly huge. According to the law, he should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of accepting bribes.

  According to public information, Xu Zhenchang was born in May 1959 in Changchun, Jilin Province. He started working in July 1983 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1990.

In June 2022, the official notified him that he was under review and investigation, and he had retired for three years at that time.

  In January of this year, officials reported that Xu Zhenchang was expelled from the party for serious violations of discipline and law.
