In a trial in which two former directors of an organization that creates problems were accused of violating the Judo Therapist Act, for leaking in advance the contents of the questions of the national examination for judo therapists held last year, the Tokyo District Court pointed out that ``it is a malicious act that harms the fairness of the national exam and can weaken trust,'' and sentenced the two to a suspended sentence.

Defendant Hiroyuki Mitsuhashi (65), a former director of the Judo Therapy Training and Examination Foundation, and Defendant Takeo Kuroda (62), who was in charge of creating exam questions at this foundation, took the national exam for judo therapists held in March last year. was accused of violating the Judo Therapists Law for leaking the contents of the above to a vocational school teacher in advance.



In the judgment on the 1st, Tokyo District Court judge Iichiro Sakata said, ``It is a malicious act that harms the fairness of the national exam and can undermine trust, such as leaking the recorded data of the meeting where the exam questions are decided. Even if the motivation is to pass the students of the vocational school where I served as a member, it goes against my duties as a member of the examination committee and a director of the designated examination institution, and deserves strong condemnation."



On the other hand, Mitsuhashi was sentenced to 10 months in prison and Kuroda was sentenced to 1 year in prison, both of which were suspended for 3 years.
