The four were members of a group that made fraudulent calls to Japan based in the Philippines, and the series of damages was about 2,300 cases, amounting to 3.5 billion yen.



More than 70 people have been arrested so far, and Watanabe is believed to be the ringleader of the group.



The Metropolitan Police Department will dispatch investigators to the site in the future to hand over the four people.
