Toyota's labor union has announced the demands of this year's spring labor offensive.

In the past 20 years, the policy has been to ask for wage increases of more than 9,000 yen per month in the highest case among wage increases demanded by job type and class, as well as wage increases for fixed-term factory workers and part-time workers. It is considered the highest standard.

On the 31st, Katsuyoshi Nishino, chairman of the executive committee of Toyota Motor Corporation's labor union, held an interview in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, and announced the demands of this year's spring struggle.

Regarding the wages of regular employees, 15 patterns of wage increase requests are shown "by job type" and "by class", and the highest case is a monthly wage increase of 9,370 yen for "instructors" in "office and technical positions" with many young workers. I'm here.

In addition, we will demand wages that take into account the raising of standards for fixed-term employees and part-time employees on the factory production line.

On the other hand, as for the bonus, they demand 6.7 months worth of monthly salary.

Toyota's labor union wants to raise the wages of all employees, including non-regular employees, as record prices continue to rise, and says it is the highest level of demand in the past 20 years.

Nishino, chairman of the executive committee, said at a press conference, "We recognize that this year is a year for raising wages throughout society. By demanding wage increases, including for non-regular workers, we hope that this will have a positive impact on Toyota's affiliated companies. I'm thinking about it," he said.

Toyota's labor union plans to make a formal decision on these demands and submit them to management on the 15th of next month.
