An electronic ankle bracelet does not have to be an obstacle to a reality show.

The German-Russian imposter Anna Sorokin, who has been under house arrest in Manhattan since the fall after three years in American prisons, is planning a television series in the rented four walls.

At "Delvey's Dinner Club", where the 32-year-old appears under her stage name, she wants to talk to actors, musicians and "other important guests" in front of the camera.

"There's nothing quite like gathering a group of friends around, telling life stories and sharing culinary experiences," a previously low-profile production company advertised Wednesday for Sorokin's planned foray into television.

The native Russian, who grew up in Eschweiler in North Rhine-Westphalia, had posed as a rich heiress in New York for years and swindled more than $275,000.

In 2019, Sorokin was sentenced to a minimum of four years for fraud.

After an early release and another arrest for violating American immigration laws, the imposter is under house arrest in Manhattan.

She is legally defending herself against being deported to Germany.
