Tokyo Customs has accused a Chinese national of violating customs laws with prosecutors for attempting to smuggle approximately 360 meth-soaked unglazed tiles from Mexico into the country by air freight.

In November last year, Tokyo Customs accused Canadian national Gerald Eizer Juanse Alvarillo of smuggling over 17 kilograms of stimulant liquid in a case like an ink cartridge into Tokyo.
