It has been 25 days and one month since the murder of a couple and their eldest daughter at a house in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture last Christmas.


The suspect continues to deny police investigations, and the details of the incident are still unknown.

On the 25th of last month, at a house in Misugidai, Hanno City, the husband Bishop William Ross Jr. (69) and his wife Izumi Morita (68), who lived in this house, and the eldest daughter of the couple who were returning to their hometown. In the murder of Sophia Morita (32), an unemployed neighbor, Atsushi Saito (40), was arrested and suspected of killing the couple.



It has been a month since the incident on the 25th, but he continues to deny police investigations, saying, "I don't know."



According to investigative sources, the suspect briefly answered questions such as his background, but did not talk about the incident.



Investigations so far have found the blood-stained clothing found at the suspect's home, and the DNA types of the three dead people have been detected, as well as multiple blunt instruments, including an axe. Police are also investigating the murder of Sofiana.
