The Big Mac, McDonald's flagship burger, is offered in all of the brand's restaurants across France and eaten every day by many French people.

However, its price is not the same everywhere.

Le Parisien

established this Saturday a map listing the price of the burger in all McDonald's establishments in France.

The cheapest was found in Vincennes (Val-de-Marne) where it is sold at 4.45 euros.

Freedom granted by the brand

The restaurant in question is located at 26 avenue du Château.

The burger is offered there at nearly one euro less than the average price of the Big Mac in France, set at 5.4 euros.

But it can rise to 6.90 euros in some places.

This is for example the case in Dijon (Côte-d'Or).

Sometimes the Big Mac can also be sold at a different price in restaurants in the same city.

This difference is explained by the freedom granted by the brand to its operators.

The latter can indeed decide for themselves the tariff to be set up according to "the type of restaurant, the catchment area, the field of competition or even the costs of the service providers", explained the French subsidiary. of the company.
