  During the years of living in Xi'an, Alex started a family, and his Chinese father-in-law and mother-in-law would take him to make dumplings, post Spring Festival couplets, and visit relatives during the Chinese New Year.

This kind of festive activity of reuniting with relatives and friends and sharing delicious food made Alex, who was far away from home, feel warmth and a sense of belonging.

  In order to allow students from all over the world to experience the authentic Chinese Spring Festival, Alex held various cultural experience activities in the school, such as paper-cutting, sugar sculpture, New Year greeting cards, guessing lantern riddles...
