During the Spring Festival holiday, when citizens are immersed in the joyful atmosphere of the Lunar New Year, the grassroots medical workers still stick to their posts, silently guarding the safety and health of the people.

A reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned from Chaoyang District that there are currently 240 community health service institutions in operation in Chaoyang District, including 52 community health service centers, 181 subordinate community health service stations, 7 independent community health service stations, and communities with wards. There are 15 centers with 1066 inpatient beds.

During the Spring Festival, these community health service institutions will all be open to facilitate citizens to "seek medical advice".

Community Health Service Centers Have a "New Year's Taste"

On the second day of the Lunar New Year, at 7 o'clock in the morning, before it was completely bright, Li Qian, the attending physician of the ward of Nanmofang Community Health Service Center, had already arrived at the ward. Ward rounds, face-to-face communication with patients.

"Uncle Li, happy Chinese New Year! How do you feel today? Did you eat a lot of breakfast?" Li Qian was familiar with every patient in the ward.

Uncle Li was unable to speak when he first came to the community hospital. He only communicated with Li Qian with his eyes. In order to encourage the old man to talk more, Li Qian would raise the volume every time, try to get close to the old man so that he could hear clearly, and encouraged him to speak out loud : "Master, can you speak?" After a period of exercise, the old man can finally speak now, "Eat a lot!" Li Qian smiled happily after hearing this, "You are awesome! Today's spirit is better than yesterday's." It's much better." The encouraged Uncle Li also smiled, his smile was as bright as a child's.

"Seeing us, the hospitalized patients feel at ease." As a community doctor, it is common for Li Qian not to go home for work during holidays.

This year's Spring Festival, in order to cooperate with her work, relatives who have not been reunited for several years came to Beijing specially, so that Li Qian could have a reunion dinner with everyone when she got home from get off work.

Ward rounds, outpatient visits, and doctor's orders... During the Spring Festival holiday, the workflow of doctors is no different from usual.

The only difference is that the South Mofang Community Health Service Center has been completely redecorated by the medical staff, especially the ward areas on the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors, where colorful garlands are hung in the corridors.

On the wall, the careful nurses pasted up red balloons with handwritten words "Healthy, happy every day" and cute smiling faces on them, which added a lot of festive atmosphere to the usually dull wards. People also showed rare smiles.

  Inpatients eat steaming dumplings

During the Spring Festival, there are about 10 inpatients in the ward of Nanmofang Community Health Service Center, most of them are elderly people. “Some elderly people’s health is not very stable, and the family members are worried about the health of the elderly, so they decided to accompany the elderly here during the Spring Festival. Spend it.” According to Ren Ju, deputy director of the Nanmofang Community Health Service Center, in order to make the inpatients happy to celebrate the Spring Festival, the community health service center also delivered delicious dumplings to the patients on the New Year’s Eve, “ Eat dumplings on New Year's Eve, and everyone can celebrate the Spring Festival like at home." Ren Ju said.

The relevant person in charge of the Chaoyang District Health and Health Commission told the Beijing Youth Daily reporter that Chaoyang District has promoted the construction of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system with the medical consortium as the starting point, and established "four pieces of one system, four mutual one platform" (interconnection, interaction, mutual recognition, transfer, etc.) Diagnosis and consultation platform) medical consortium work structure, the whole region is divided into 4 grids, and 4 medical consortiums in the north, central north, central south and south have been established to form a grid layout of medical consortiums.

At present, all community health service centers have been included in the close medical consortium with China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Chaoyang Hospital, Anzhen Hospital and Chuiyangliu Hospital as the core hospitals.

Each medical consortium has established 7 working mechanisms including key specialist counterpart support, green channel, remote consultation, guidance and training, responsible director, double assessment, and double evaluation. Severely ill patients are transferred to core hospitals, and chronically ill and convalescent patients are transferred to secondary hospitals or community health service centers for continued treatment and rehabilitation.

Through the construction of the medical consortium model, Chaoyang District effectively promotes patients with common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases, chronic diseases, and convalescent patients to return to grassroots medical and health institutions for treatment; it promotes the rescue and treatment of difficult and severe patients in tertiary hospitals and the teaching and training of professional teams.

The Spring Festival rehabilitation outpatient service is non-stop, which is convenient for the elderly in the community

At 7:30 in the morning of the second day of junior high school, the first thing Guo Chuang, a rehabilitation technician from the rehabilitation department of Nanmofang Community Health Service Center, did when he arrived at the health service center was to ask the doctors about the conditions of the inpatients.

After 8 o'clock, she walked into the ward after getting ready for work.

"Auntie, how do you feel today? Try to raise your leg a little, can you lift it up?" Guo Chuang is not only patient but also very meticulous when dealing with patients in the convalescence period. It feels very fulfilling.”

In addition to helping patients carry out rehabilitation training at the bedside, the rehabilitation department also has a series of advanced rehabilitation equipment, such as deep muscle stimulators, lower limb rehabilitation robots, intelligent ADL training systems, etc. Rehabilitation technicians will use the equipment to help patients carry out training.

What plans do you have when you are not on duty during the Spring Festival holiday?

Guo Chuang thought about it, and told the Beijing Youth Daily reporter a little embarrassed: "Since last December, my colleagues and I have been lacking in sleep. When I am not on duty during the Spring Festival, I must make up for it."

For minor illnesses, go to the community health service center at your doorstep; for difficult and severe cases, you can be referred by the community, and go to a general hospital through the green channel for medical treatment; after your condition is stable, you can go home to the community health service center at your doorstep for follow-up rehabilitation treatment... Nowadays, for the elderly with chronic diseases, going to the community health service center at their doorstep is not only much more convenient than going to a big hospital, but also reassuring.

Take Nanmofang Community Health Service Center as an example. Not only is there complete medical equipment such as infusion, oxygen therapy, and rehabilitation training, but the doctors are also conscientious and responsible.

"Rehabilitation clinics in previous years were suspended during the Spring Festival. This year, there are relatively many elderly people who need rehabilitation during the Spring Festival, especially inpatients. Therefore, we decided to open rehabilitation clinics during the Spring Festival. Residents in need can rest assured." Ren Ju Say.
