The victory against Ghana on the first day (2-1) looked like a surprise.

This time, the Malagasy proved against Sudan that their success against the Black Stars was not a simple accident.

Facing Sudan, twice third in CHAN (2011 and 2015), Madagascar, which is playing the competition for the first time, did not have cold feet.

A first period of madness thus allowed the Barea to shower the Sudanese (3-0).

Tokinantenaina Randriatsiferana opened the scoring in the first quarter of an hour (13th), Solomampionona Razafindranaivo added to the score (30th) and Lalaina Rafanomezantsoa closed the scoring (33rd).

Madagascar is thus the full card in this pool C, with its victory by default over Morocco (3-0), and finishes at the top of the group.

He will meet Mozambique on January 28, 2nd in Group A behind Algeria.

Ghana, second in Group C, is waiting for the only qualifier from Pool E between Cameroon and Niger, who face each other on Tuesday, to know their opponent.

We will also know, on Tuesday, the only qualifier from group D between Angola, Mali and Mauritania.

The last two teams face each other in the last game of the pool.
