[Explanation] Hang up Chinese New Year ornaments, cook blood sausage, pour a cup of hot buttered tea, and toast with your family to say "Happy New Year"... in Gasman, Zongke Township, Rangtang County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan In the most eye-catching Rismanba Diaofang in the village, Wang Erjia of Luowu and his family are gathering in their nearly 700-year-old home to celebrate the Chinese New Year of the Rabbit.

[Explanation] This blockhouse built on the mountain combines the architectural features of the three traditional Tibetan houses of Anduo, Jiarong, and Kham. It is 25.6 meters high and has nine floors. It is the oldest and most layers found in Aba Prefecture. Ancient Tibetan dwellings, known as the "King of Tibetan Residential Houses", have accompanied Luowu King Erjia through 77 years of spring and autumn.

For Luowu Wang Erjia, the Diaofang not only represents the inheritance of the ancestors, but also witnesses the growth and changes of the descendants.

It's another new year, Luowu Wang Erjia is full of emotion in his heart.

[Concurrent] Luowu Wang Erjia, owner of Rismanba Fortress House

This (blockhouse) represents our ancestors, which have been passed down from generation to generation. Now (inheritance) has 40 generations, so it is said that more than 40 generations of us are still living in the blockhouse, and everyone is very happy. Happy, say this is an auspicious house, a wishful house.

[Explanation] In 2006, the Rismanba Diaofang was listed as a national cultural relic protection unit. As his son and also the guardian of the old Diaofang, Gesang Lobu, who is in his thirties, hopes that the Diaofang will bring protection to his family. It can also protect the people in the village and bring them happiness and well-being.

[Concurrent] Gesang Rob, son of King Erjia of Luowu

Diaofang should be a treasure to me, and our village has changed a lot.

Because of this watchtower, the country has built some (surrounding) areas, which has changed a lot.

After this (blockhouse) has become a national (level) cultural relic, the people here don’t need to go outside to work (there are jobs), so it is good to help the people (let them), so I think this is a treasure.

[Explanation] Perhaps due to the influence of Diaofang, Luo Wuchu, the granddaughter of Luowu Wang Erjia, also entered the cultural tourism industry after graduating from university.

With the fame of the Diaofang, more and more tourists visit the house.

Luo Wuchu not only did not feel disturbed, but also took the initiative to explain the history of the diaofang to tourists.

She hopes to use the influence of Diaofang and her own ability to promote the development of tourism in her hometown and let the people in her hometown live a better life.

[Same period] Luo Wuchu, granddaughter of Luowu Wang Erjia

Growing up here will definitely have many unforgettable memories. It has always been very happy to be here with grandparents, parents, and mothers.

I will definitely develop in Rangtang when I come back in the future, so I want to pass on the knowledge I have learned to more people in Rangtang in the future, and then let them learn my own things, and then I will learn from them. Then we all get better and better together.

[Explanation] I don't know how many times he stroked the prayer wheel in the diaofang. Luo Wuchu prayed with his family and silently made his New Year's wish.

[Same period] Luo Wuchu, granddaughter of Luowu Wang Erjia

What I hope most in the new year is that my family will be safe and well, and all aspects will go smoothly. I hope my work will also go well, and I hope my sister can find a job that suits me.

(I) want to choreograph, then shoot a video, and send it out as a short video, so that more people can see us and come here to play.

[Explanation] Year after year, the old fortress that is nearly "700 years old" has been given a new symbol.

According to legend, the Diaofang, which began with a story of unswerving love, has already carried the meaning of family affection to Luowu Wang Erjia's family, and to Gasman Village, it may be a "heart booster" for future tourism development.

Outside the Diaofang, the Tibetan village was peaceful and peaceful. Inside the Diaofang, the little granddaughter raised her mobile phone to freeze the moment of family laughter and recorded the current expectation and yearning of Luowu Wang Erjia’s family for the New Year.
