The second game of "Oshosen", one of the eight major shogi titles, has started in Osaka.

Attention will be paid to what kind of shogi Sota Fujii (20), who is aiming to defend his title, and Yoshiharu Hanyu, 9-dan (52), who has a total of 100 titles, will show.

The venue for the second game of the "Osho Battle" was set up at a hot spring inn in Takatsuki City, Osaka, and after Hanyu 9-dan entered the room, Fujii Gokan sat in front of the board and the game started at 9 am.

The first move in the second station was Hanyu 9th dan, and when he hit the rook's "step", Fujii Gokan put his mouth on the drink and then responded by hitting the rook's step.

Among the titles that Fujii has, he has already succeeded in defending "Eio", "Kisei", "Throne" and "Ryuo" this year.

"Oshosen" is the 5th title defense match this year.

On the other hand, Hanyu 9th Dan has set numerous records, such as achieving the first “seven crowns” in history and reaching 1,500 wins in official matches, and boasts the highest number of titles won in history, 99 times. If you win, you will reach the 100th stage.

For the two of them, this "Osho match" is the "first meeting" as a title match, and the Fujii five crowns won the first game held on the 8th and 9th of this month.

The seventh match of the “Osho Battle” will be scheduled until March this year, and the first to win four wins will win the title.

The second game is expected to be decided on the afternoon of the 22nd.
