All three are on a list of songs that are easy to fall asleep to - according to scientific research.

The list has been produced by researchers at the University of Aarhus.

In their research, they have analyzed approximately 200,000 songs from almost 1,000 Spotify lists created specifically to promote sleep.

The researchers saw that it is not only calm and instrumental music that makes us unwind and fall asleep faster.

Namely, there is a large variation in the type of tones and tempos that are experienced as soothing.

For some, more energetic tones are the best sleep pill, which can be explained by the fact that the songs feel familiar and comforting, even if they have a higher tempo.
