A female office worker was murdered on a street near JR Hakata Station in Fukuoka City. A former boyfriend was arrested on suspicion of murder. As a result, the police are investigating in detail that they were unilaterally growing resentment because they received a "prohibition order" based on the stalking regulation law.

Susumu Terauchi (31), a restaurant employee in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, was found on the street near JR Hakata Station on the 16th of this month by Miki Kawano (38), a company employee in Nakagawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, who had previously been dating. On the 20th, he was sent to the Fukuoka District Public Prosecutor's Office after being arrested for stabbing him more than ten times with a knife.

Suspect Terauchi entered the police vehicle with his hood on, his head down, and his expression was not visible.

According to the investigation so far, Terauchi was told farewell by Mr. Kawano in October last year, but he was not convinced and received a verbal warning from the police.

A month later, in November last year, Terauchi rushed to Mr. Kawano's workplace and asked, "Why did you consult the police? You will lose your job."

As a result of this, Terauchi received a "prohibition order" from the police based on the stalking control law, and was prohibited from approaching Mr. Kawano. Checking it up.
