In October last year, the Metropolitan Police Department arrested eight people in each group on suspicion of injury after a group of Vietnamese and Nepalese fought on the streets of Toshima Ward, Tokyo.

Seven out of eight deny or partially deny the charges.

In October last year, a group of foreigners got into a brawl on the street in Kita Otsuka, Toshima Ward, and a total of four people were injured, including one who was stabbed in the left arm with a kitchen knife and suffered a serious injury that took six months to heal completely.

The Metropolitan Police Department was investigating the details of the situation, assuming that a group of Vietnamese and Nepalese had an argument at a nearby ramen shop, and then a brawl joined by friends who were nearby.

As a result, eight people, including Vietnamese suspect Bui Chun Thanh (37) and Nepalese suspect Subedi Ramesh (32), were arrested on suspicion of injury and other injuries.

It is said that the eight people were hitting each other with umbrellas that were close to each other and throwing beer bottles.

According to the investigation, Bui admitted the charges, and the other seven denied or partially denied the charges.
