Could the smartphone mark the end of the telephone?

According to the testimonies circulating both in real life and on social networks, young people have become allergic to telephone calls.

An observation most often reported by previous generations, who are surprised to suffer such rejection.

"Impolite", "brutal" or "intrusive", the new generations, fed on smartphones, would prefer all types of messaging (SMS, Snapchat, Whatsapp, Telegram, etc.), even when entering working life, considering them more practices than the good old "phone call" which is not announced.

Are you between 16 and 25 years old and you hate phone calls?

Simply those that are not announced or scheduled?

Do you prefer to communicate by email, even in a professional or administrative context?

Do you feel embarrassed or a form of shyness when you have to call someone?

How do you explain it?

Does this penalize you on a daily basis?
