Loona, a girl group whose popular member Chuu was kicked out, is on the verge of disbanding.
The nine members, excluding Vivi and Hyunjin, applied for a provisional injunction against the agency to suspend the exclusive contract, saying, "It is difficult to expect activities because of the collapse of trust."
As a result, four members won and five members lost.
The five people who lost in the lawsuit changed some of the provisions of the previous contract, but the court judged that it was not unfair enough to terminate the contract.
In the meantime, LOONA has been in conflict with the agency and members due to settlement issues, and eventually led to lawsuits, leading to observations that it is actually in the process of disbanding.
