The lowest temperature by region was expected to be below zero throughout the country, including -9 degrees in Seoul, -8 degrees in Incheon, -13 degrees in Chuncheon, -9 degrees in Daejeon, -6 degrees in Gwangju, -7 degrees in Daegu, and -4 degrees in Busan. .
On Monday, the 16th, it will snow in Yeongdong, Gangwon, and on Thursday, the 19th, there will be clouds at times across the country due to the edge of high pressure, and it will rain or snow in the metropolitan area and Yeongseo, Gangwon from the afternoon.
On the morning of the 20th, which is a seasonal and Friday, the whole country will be mostly clear due to the influence of high pressure, but the Jeolla region and Jeju Island are expected to be cloudy.
