Rain and snow will continue across the country over the weekend.

In particular, very strong snow of about 2 to 3 cm per hour will continue for a long time until Monday in Yeongdong, Gangwon and North Gyeongsang Province.

If you look at the detailed amount of snow, a lot of very strong snow will be concentrated in the mountains of Gangwon up to 70cm or more, 20~50cm in the northern east coast of Gangwon, and up to 40cm or more in the mountains of North Gyeongsangbuk-do.

In particular, the snow will last for a long time, and this snow is very heavy because it contains a lot of moisture.

Therefore, a heavy snow warning has been issued in the mountains of Gangwon.

In the future, it is expected that special reports will gradually expand to the mountains of North Gyeongsangbuk-do.

In addition, in central regions such as Seoul and northern Gyeongbuk, the rain will change to snow from tonight (14th).

Currently, there are places where the fog is very thick.

Fog is very thick in the inland, southern coast, and Jeju, so please take special care at tunnel entrances and check whether the aircraft is operating.

The current temperature is starting higher than yesterday.

Seoul and Daejeon are over 7 degrees.

The daytime temperature will be lower than yesterday, staying at 7 degrees in Seoul and 10 degrees in Cheongju, Daejeon and Daegu.

After the snow and rain stops, the temperature will drop sharply again, and it is expected that the cold will return to the level of the previous year.
