"The key passengers are here." At 17:45 on January 9th, as an alarm sounded, the train conductor Lang Qian quickly glanced at the notification on her mobile phone, and walked quickly to the direction of No. 8 carriage...

33-year-old Lang Qian is the conductor of train D2281 in the Nanjing Passenger Section of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

This Fuxing train departed from Nanjing South Railway Station to Shenzhen North Railway Station, with a running distance of over 1930 kilometers, passing through 5 provinces and cities including Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong.

On the 9th, the third day of the Spring Festival Transport, the D2281 train transported 4,780 passengers, and a large number of passengers embarked on the journey home with large bags and small bags.

"This is the first Spring Festival travel after the further optimization and adjustment of the epidemic prevention and control policy. The number of tourists has surged, which also puts forward higher requirements for our service." Lang Qian said that this is the 13th Spring Festival travel she has experienced.

As the evening approached, Lang Qian learned that a blind couple would arrive at the station in Zhao'an, Zhangzhou, so she set the alarm clock in advance to focus on it.

When approaching the station, she guided the couple to the door for easy alighting.

"I haven't been home for the New Year in three years, thank you, I'm finally home!" said Chen Jingshan, a blind traveler.

Lang Qian and the security officer carefully helped Chen Jingshan and his wife out of the car and sent them to the duty officer at Zhao'an Station, who then guided the couple out of the station to meet their family members.

This scene is a small microcosm of Lang Qian's value-added service.

In 2013, Lang Qian took up the position of train conductor.

Every morning at 4:30 a.m. on the working day, she was woken up by the first alarm, quickly got up and washed, and then started the day's duty work.

Since October last year, she started to take the D2281. There are many things to learn about the new route, so she tried the dynamic "alarm clock method" to help herself adapt quickly.

On January 9, Lang Qian served passengers on the train.

"At that time, I only thought that we must not forget the needs of passengers. Later, when I checked my mobile phone, I found that the alarm clock had been set for several pages." Lang Qian said.

After stepping on the train, Lang Qian inspected the compartment first.

She started to check carefully from the first section, checking the validity period of the fire extinguisher, pressing the toilet flush button to see the water pressure, checking whether the toilet is disinfected, and listening to whether the volume of the radio is appropriate...Every detail cannot be ignored. The passenger release announcement starts to sound.

"Passenger travel safety is our greatest responsibility. As a train conductor, we must first ensure safety, do a good job in on-site operations and safety card control, and ensure the safety of trains and passengers." Lang Qian said.

"The opening of D2281 has facilitated many passengers traveling between the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta." Lang Qian said.

Passenger Wang Lei in carriage No. 6 is the head of the marketing department of a medical beauty institution in Chaoshan. Because the beauty instrument dealer is in Changzhou, Wang Lei travels between the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta every month.

Due to the large beauty instrument, Lang Qian helped Wang Lei put away the partition of the large luggage locker when getting on the bus, and at the same time coordinated with other passengers to put the large luggage.

At 6:10 p.m., Lang Qian's alarm rang again.

Five minutes later, she and another flight attendant assisted Wang Lei to safely send the beauty instrument off the car at Chaoshan Station.

The car door closed slowly, Lang Qian waved to Wang Lei, turned around and went back to the intense work.
