Five years after Johnny's death, his widow Laeticia is still looking for a buyer for her villa located in Marnes-la-Coquette.

The mother of Jade and Joy had initially put La Savannah up for sale via the real estate network Coldwell Banker Realty, without success.

She therefore decided to entrust the keys to the luxurious property to the Kretz family, known for appearing in the show "The Agency" available on Netflix.

Johnny's famous house, located in Marnes-la-Coquette, has been looking for a buyer for several years.

Laeticia Hallyday has indeed decided to put La Savannah on sale, where the rocker breathed his last on December 5, 2017, to repay the debts left by her husband.

Laeticia could not sell La Savannah

Estimated at 15 million euros, La Savannah could bring big money to Laeticia.

Alas, Johnny's widow has been struggling for a long time to find a buyer.

She had first posted an ad through the real estate network Coldwell Banker Realty, without success.

Impatient to sell Johnny's luxurious property, she has just taken the bull by the horns.

She decided to entrust the keys to La Savannah to the Kretz family, real estate agents specializing in luxury goods.
